The hotel's rooms were rather rundown looking, with dirt, dust, and even fingernails on the floor. However, the location was extremely close to the metro stop and within walking distance to Chinatown and the markets. The dining experience was disappointing with no refills and rushed personnel, and the rooms did not meet the expected standard of cleanliness. Despite these setbacks, the great location near Hua Lamphong station and convenience of multiple 7-11s nearby were positive aspects of the stay.

I stayed at this hotel located on the 12th floor with authentic Chinese art, and I must say, it was a luxurious experience.
